House Garden Salad (Gold)  seasonal greens and vegetables served with ranch and Italian dressing
Classic Caesar Salad (Gold)  romaine lettuce, parmesan, specially seasoned croutons and house Caesar dressing
Fresh Baby Spinach Salad (Gold)  spinach with roasted pecans, strawberries and Joey’s cane pepper jelly vinaigrette

Seafood Crepes  delicate Crepes filled with a stuffing of Crab Shrimp & Crawfihs & Topped with a Monterey Pepper Jack Cheese Sauce
Chicken and Spinach Roulades   Joey’s signature spinach Madeline rolled into a tenderized boneless chicken breast, baked and sliced into roulades then topped with a smooth pepper jack cheese sauce
Pork Medallions  tender pork filet wrapped in bacon and topped with mushroom, Marsala sauce
Crawfish Etouffee  Louisiana crawfish smothered in a blend of onions, peppers, celery and garlic to make a delicious sauce served over rice
Fried Catfish Fingers   Seasoned & marinated catfish fillets cut in strips and deep fried. Cocktail and tartar sauces accompany this selection.
Seafood Fettuccini  Louisiana shrimp, crawfish & crab together in a creamy cheese sauce with fettuccini
Tilapia with Seafood Stuffing  a stuffing of shrimp, crawfish and crab tops off a tender filet of tilapia finished with lemon cream sauce
Grilled Chicken over Asparagus & Tasso Pasta  asparagus & spicy tasso combined in a creamy Alfredo sauce tossed with pasta and topped with a grilled chicken breast

Carving Station - Beef Tenderloin Roast  attendant will serve guests thinly sliced accompaniment sized portions; offered with horseradish mayo or Creole mustard sauces $9.75

Optional Entree - Kids Meal  Fried Chicken Tenders served with macaroni & cheese, sweet potato fries and your choice of fresh fruit cup or dinner salad. Also includes large decorated chocolate chip cookie. $12.98
Optional Entree - Vegetarian Mushroom  portabella mushroom with spinach Madeline stuffing topped with pepper jack cheese sauce; please denote number of vegan entrees required in the comments section. Corn Macque Choux  Whole kernel corn together with creamed corn smothered down with a trinity of vegetables and chopped tomatoes.
Cream of Spinach and Artichokes  Chopped spinach and artichoke hearts combined with a light white sauce, cream cheese and seasonings.
Green Beans with tasso cheese sauce  Smothered cut green beans combined with a light cheddar cheese and Tasso sauce.

Chicken and Sausage Gumbo   A classic Cajun dish served with rice.
Crab and Asparagus   A creamed based soup with a perfect blend of Louisiana crabmeat and asparagus.

Bar Service - We recommend a 30 minute mingle time at the begining of your event offering beer, wine & soft drinks.
Open Bar  Host will be responsible for cost of all beverages consumed during the event. Beverage cost will be due at the end of the event.
Cash Bar  Guests will be responsible for any beverage purchases.

Joey’s Fireside Room Service & Equipment
Available Monday-Saturday 6:30pm til; Sunday - All Day
Accommodates up to 150 guests for stand up functions or 80 guests for seated functions
Minimum guest count 35
Fireside Room Events include full service with uniformed attendants. The number of attendants are dependant on number of guests and type of services required. If you would like additional servers or butler passed hors’doeuvres, please make a note in the comment section below. Complete Fireside Room set up includes chafing dishes, silver trays & serving utensils, glass plates and glassware, tables and linens. Any special request should be discussed prior to acceptance of proposal.

Note: Rental Charges for the Fireside Room:
* Under 50 guests there is a charge of $200 dollars
* Over 51 guests there is a charge of $150 dollars
