Seated Meal Information Request

Seated meal service is perfect for a more formal occasion. If your guest count is under 50, please choose only one entrée. If your guest count is above 50 you may choose 2 entrees. You will be required to give an exact count of each entrée needed one week prior to the event date. Seated menus are accompanied by dinner salad, bread, iced tea & coffee. Optional menu items include soup and dessert.

Seated Dinner Menu
All dinner menus are accompanied by the following: freshly brewed iced tea and coffee, dinner salad and freshly baked dinner rolls. A cup of soup and dessert are also available upon request. $31.98 - 35-50 guests; $28.98 - 51 or more guests
Chicken Breast Spinach Roulades  Joey’s signature Spinach Madeline is rolled into a tenderized chicken breast and baked. It is then sliced and topped with a smooth pepper jack cheese sauce. Accompanied by Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Bacon Kissed Carrots.
Crawfish Etouffee  A classic dish of Louisiana crawfish served over steamed rice , Corn Macque Choux.
Seafood Fettuccini  Louisiana shrimp, crawfish & crab together in a creamy cheese sauce tossed with fettuccini pasta. Accompanied by steamed vegetables.
Baked Stuffed Tilapia  Fresh Tilapia Filet stuffed with either Crabmeat Stuffing or Spinach Madeline, Herb Roasted Potatoes , Steamed Vegetables.
Seafood Crepes  Delicate Crepes fulled with a stuffing of Crab,Shrimp & Crafish then topped with a Monterey Pepper Jack chees sauce. Accompanied by Roasted Asparagus with Proscuitto.
The following items are priced $38.98 35-50 guest; $35.98 51 or more guest.
Prime Ribeye  A generous portion carved from a whole, boneless, rotisserie-cooked Prime Ribeye cooked to a medium doneness (slightly pink). Accompanied by a Stuffed Baked Potato and Roasted Asparagus with Proscuitto.
Pork Medallions  Tender pork filet wrapped in bacon and topped with mushroom, Marsala sauce. Accompanied by a Stuffed Baked Potato and Spinach & Artichoke Casserole.
Optional Children's Entree - Select this item should you wish a special option for the number of children listed below.
Children's Entree  fried chicken tenders, macaroni & cheese, sweet potato fries, choice of fresh fruit cup or dinner salad. Large decorated chocolate chip cookie.

Dinner Salads (Chioce of one)
House Garden Salad   Seasonal greens and vegetables with tomato and cucumber slices, shredded carrots, purple cabbage and spinach with a classic dressing.
Classic Caesar Salad   Freshly shredded parmesan and Joey’s own specially seasoned croutons top the romaine lettuce and Caesar dressing.
Fresh Baby Spinach Salad  spinach with roasted pecans, strawberries, and Joey's cane pepper jelly vinaigrette



Soups (Can be added to any dinner menu for $5.25 per person)
Roasted Eggplant and Shrimp Bisque   A cream based soup with a trinity of vegetables, shrimp, cheese and roasted eggplant.
Chicken and Sausage Gumbo   A classic dish served with rice.
Crab and Asparagus   A cream based soup with a perfect blend of Louisiana crabmeat and asparagus.
Corn and Crab Bisque   A cream based soup with Louisiana crabmeat.
Corn and Shrimp Bisque   A cream based soup with Gulf shrimp.



Desserts (May be added to any dinner menu, priced per person in addition to the meal, groups of 50 or more may choose 2 desserts. Price range per person is $3 - $5 depending on selection.)
Fruit Tart  sweet dough pie crust with cream cheese filling topped with fresh glazed fruit $4.25
Old Fashioned Bread Pudding   vanilla and cinnamon bread pudding topped with pecan caramel sauce $4.99

Bar Service - We recommend a 30 minute mingle time at the begining of your event offering beer, wine & soft drinks.
Open Bar  Host will be responsible for cost of all beverages consumed during the event. Beverage cost will be due at the end of the event. Select beverages to serve from the above listing.
Cash Bar  Guests will be responsible for any beverage purchases.

Available Monday-Saturday starting at 6:30pm; Sunday - All Day
Accommodates up to 150 guests for stand up functions or 70 guests for seated functions
Minimum guest count 35
Fireside Room Events include full service with uniformed attendants. The number of attendants are dependant on number of guests and type of services required. If you would like additional servers or butler passed hors’doeuvres, please make a note in the comment section below. Complete Fireside Room set up includes chafing dishes, silver trays & serving utensils, glass plates and glassware, tables and linens. Any special request should be discussed prior to acceptance of proposal.

Note: Rental Charges for the Fireside Room:
* Under 50 guests there is a charge of $200 dollars
* Over 51 guests there is a charge of $150 dollars
